How to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) in your ServerSea Member ID

  1. Log in to your MemberID account using this URL: https://www.serversea.com/memberarea/login



    2. Locate the "2-Step Verification" option under your profile name in the menu bar on the right-hand side and click on it.



    3. Click the "Activate" button to enable two-factor authentication or use “Google Authenticator app” for scanning the QR Code on your screen. The authenticator app can be downloaded for both Android and IOs respective app stores.



    4. Once enabled, you will receive an authentication code on the Google Authenticator app for member ID login. The code automatically changes every 30 seconds, so it must be entered before it expires.
     

    Note:
    If you lose access to your registered email and two-factor authentication is enabled, please contact ServerSea Support to disable the two-factor authentication for account recovery temporarily.
