How to create MySQL database and user?

Step 1. Log in to the cPanel.

Step 2. Under Databases section, click on "MySQL® Databases".


Step 3. Type in the database name you want to use and click Create Database button.
             If there is an existing database proceed to Step 4.


You will be redirected to a message prompt like below.


Step 4. Type in the New user and password and click "Create User" button.


You will be redirected to a message prompt like below.


Step 5. The user must be added to the database. Choose the user and database and click on "Add" button.


Step 6. Click on the check box for "ALL PRIVILEGES" and click Make Changes button.

Congratulations! Your database wizard has been completed successfully.
