Step 1. Log in to the cPanel.

Step 2. Look for MultiPHP INI Editor option in SOFTWARE section and click on it.
Step 3. Now Select Editor Mode Tab.
Step 3. Tap on “Select a location” option. Here you will find “Home Directory” and List of domains in your cPanel account.You gonna select your domain from list. A Text Editor Opens up for you on the screen and you can type or paste below code for PST TimeZone.
Step 4. Now Create test.php file inside your domain directory through cPanel.
Step 5. Now add following code in test.php file and save it.
Step 6. Now on any Browser search or type this link serversea.net/test.php to verify whether you done it in correct manner and now search Date in serversea.net/test.php page to get the idea whether its updated or not.
